Percarus
Percarus.net was purchased on October 2nd, 2005. Percarus is a latin word of meaning:
percarus -a -um (1) [very dear , very costly]. (2) [very dear, much loved].
Which is what I wanted my fanlisting collective domain to be named like. I wanted something that represented what fanlistings are. What more are they than a form of showing your appreciation for something "very dear" or "much loved"?
Fanlistings
I discovered fanlistings towards the beginning of my web design craze (which is now a hobby), about two or three years ago. I remember the
first fanlisting I joined was the Linkin Park fanlisting- at the time LP was my favourite band.
Eventually I improved my design skills and the first fanlisting I applied for was the Cheshire Cat fanlisting. However, I forgot about it and I let my
4 weeks pass by and never built it. Eventually, I applied for the Dani Filth fanlisting which I was approved for and still own :)
I've moved my fanlistings through 3 domains, but I can be certain they will stay here.
