Percarus.net is still active, albeit the collective as a whole has been "sort of" neglected, I'm still adding members. I'll take the weekend to make updates and other miscellaneous things of the sort.

Applied for Manchester United.
Added a new layout which is easier to browse through as opposed to the last one which had a tiny content box.
Got approved for the Mr. Garrison & Mr. Slave fanlisting.
Put up a new layout on the Century Child fanlisting. Added new codes.
Submited a moved form for all fanlistings at TFL.org.
Finished the Riverdance fanlisting.
